Refund policy

Our return policy is for mechanical failures and shipping damage that have affected your wheel/products and is not for issues relating to buyer's remorse or bonding problems. We do not resell used wheels.

If you have a problem and wish to return an item, please contact us initially and we will give you instructions on how you can return your item to us. We ask that this is within 14 days of delivery in new condition to receive a full refund of the items you ordered. The exceptions to this rule are for Lendrum Saxony parts, and  majacraft custom wheels which are ordered specially for the customer. In this case, no returns are accepted.

Likewise, we do not accept returns of fibre or any fibre preparation equipment I.e combs, carders, hackles etc.

Refunds will not include import tax or any handling fees. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. If you need to make a return, please contact us at ashenwensleydales@gmail.com

If any of your products suffers from mechanical failure or shipping damage then please email us and we will correspond with the relevant dealer to either fix or replace your item. This only applies to damages through normal use and is not extended to damages through normal wear and tear or by buyer fault (i.e. dropping something).

When packing your items to be shipped back to us, please pack them carefully in the original packing if possible. Please also insure the contents for their full value and obtain proof of postage which then needs to be emailed to us after you have posted the items back to us. 

Our return policy is only valid for the original owner.
