50/50 Bison/silk combed top

This fibre comes from the American bison. The animals shed their fibre in the spring (only around 120g raw per animal!) where it is collected, dehaired and carded. This has then been combed into top and blended with extra bleached tussah silk.

 This has been custom blended for us and is truly stunning! We always ensure we request the most even, homogeneous blends possible!
